SmallRig Shoe Mount Relocation Plate for Sony A6600 Camera – BUC2498 is designed to relocate the camera shoe mount from the top to each side for microphone or light without obstructing the fold-out screen of Sony A6600.
The adapter installs into the camera’s strap slots via m2.5 screws to prevent twisting.
There is a slot on each side for a hand or shoulder strap.
The shoe adapter is especially helpful when you are shooting from the front of the camera for vlogging or selfies.
