Reaching a maximum height of 60.6″, the GM4562 is suitable as a general use monopod great for nearly any situation.
Its true advantage lies within its 6-section design, which allows the monopod to collapse down to an easily packed 17.3″ in length.
As all Gitzo monopods, it offers a reversible 1/4″-20 & 3/8″-16 mounting thread for adding an optional head if more height or articulation is needed.
The GM4562 utilizes 6X Carbon eXact tubing and patented G-Lock Ultra designs to ensure professional performance without the bulk.
The 6-layer carbon weave permits the monopod to maintain maximum strength while keeping weight to an absolute minimum, while the G-Lock Ultras also add to the tubing’s strength by delivering a rigid connection between leg sections and protecting the joints from dirt, dust, and moisture.
